By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant baearreach a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights.

baearreach reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Payment Terms

All payments for services provided through baearreach must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

All transactions are processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Prices for services are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

In the event of a dispute regarding any payment, you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. Failure to do so will result in the waiver of any claims regarding the disputed payment.
